VIDEO: Spotlight on the Enablers

Everyone should watch the 2015 movie “Spotlight” about the investigative journalists who uncovered the 2002 Catholic Church abuse scandal in Boston. Twenty years later, these things are STILL going on in our Church. In the movie, some of the journalists/newspaper staff realize they have been part of the problem by enabling the Chancery and the Catholic hierarchy to do whatever they wanted against the law and against Church law. And who was the American Catholic Church leader who ran to be in front of the cameras and said that it was never going to happen again? Cardinal McCarrick, who has since been fully laicized because of his own sexual abuse problems. Ex-Cardinal McCarrick is who Archbishop Rozanski has brought to safe harbor in the St. Louis Archdiocese.
