St. John Eudes
St. John Eudes’ Feast Day is tomorrow, Friday, August 19, the same day that Archbishop Rozanski will have a day of reflection tied to “All Things New” with all the priests in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. It is rare that an Archbishop gathers ALL his priests in a large diocese. This must be a very important meeting. Please pray for all our priests and our Archdiocesan leaders that they will have the heart of St. John Eudes. St. John Eudes lived during times of the plague and went out to tend to his flock and cared for them, giving them Communion and Last Rites and burying the dead. He made sure to care for his brother priests, too, by living in a wine cask in the middle of a field. St. John Eudes, pray for us!

Chris Martin at chrismartin@archstl.org or Marie Kenyon at mariekenyon@archstl.org and ask them to respond specifically to the decade-long investigation into the CCHD and how they continue to support anti-Catholic…
