VIDEO: Are these second draft models (based on Pastorates) truly equal across the planning areas?? What are these decisions being based upon?

We will continue to meet with anyone in any planning area where Archbishop Rozanski and Fr. Chris Martin will not go visit and talk with the pastor and parishioners as a consultative process. It could not be more clear than in the Second Draft Model Maps that some areas are targeted over others:
Planning Area 1 has (0) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 2 has (2) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 3 has (4) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 4 has (0) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 5 has (5) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 6 has (7) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 7 has (1) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 8 has (7) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 9 has (3) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 10 has (4) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 11 has (3) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 12 has (0) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 13 has (0) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 14 has (0) stand alone parishes.
Planning Area 15 has (0) stand alone parishes.
The outlying rural areas have been especially targeted for closures/mergers (a/k/a Pastorates). How can this be okay? What is the purpose behind this type of planning?
