The Canon Law process should be an individual, consultative process with each single parish. If the parish decides to close their school after a true consultative process, that is up to them. However, if your parish does NOT want to close its school, you have every right to defend your school. Fr. Chris Martin has said in public videos that schools are a function of the parish. It is then up to the parish whether or not the school remains open. Also, remember to document, document, document. If your pastor is not allowing you to gather on parish grounds or hand out anything at the parish, send him a respectful email detailing what he has been doing, and make sure to copy both info@sostlp.org and yourself.
