VIDEO: What is the objective standard for deciding which parishes get to remain “Stand Alone”???

What is the standard for deciding “stand alone” parishes in the Archdiocese of St. Louis? Why did we have 178 “stand alone” parishes, and then suddenly decided to get rid of a huge percentage of parishes in this “pastorate” model which is purposefully unclear as to the future of the grouped parishes. It is inexcusable to not have an open dialogue with the faithful Catholics while portraying in the media that somehow the DMI surveys and listening sessions were actually a true conversation or allowed legitimate feedback from the faithful.
