Defending The Faith, Saving Sacred Space

BONUS Video: Complicit Silence

There is such a thing as “complicit silence” where by not speaking up, you are going along with whatever evil is at hand. Our Archbishop and his leadership team have not spoken up against the LA Dodgers hosting anti-Catholic bigotry. Archbishop Gomez released a statement that his archdiocese would remain neutral. Yet, the USCCB just released a statement asking for prayers of reparation against this anti-Catholic group that mocks Nuns and the Catholic Faith signed by three people: USCCB President Archbishop Timothy Broglio, Cardinal Dolan who is chair of the USCCB Committee for Religious Liberty, and Archbishop Gomez. So which is it, Archbishop Gomez? Are you for the Church or neutral? Which is it, Archbishop Rozanski? Are you for the Church or complicitly silent?

VIDEO: Where is the accompaniment, the dialogue and the synodal process for the laity here in the Archdiocese of St. Louis right now or during the entire All Things New process???

People are seeking the truth. We are built for Truth. We all have an internal radar when there is a lack of honesty. When the Archdiocesan leaders refuse to have a dialogue at all about the closures and changes happening now, then you know they don’t want to be up front and honest about their…
