St. Francis and St. Bonaventure rebuilt the Church based on embracing poverty and not shying away from teaching the truths of the Faith. Our Archdiocesan leaders seem to be approaching our Church as if it is a business. In All Things New, the Archdiocesan leaders claimed we didn’t have enough money, yet they are hiring administrative staff at $250K/year and giving millions of dollars away to non-Catholic organizations. You should ask questions of your pastors, your vicars, your deanery captains, and the staff of the Office of Education: 1) What happened to the $110 million raised through Beyond Sunday ending in 2017? 2) Where did that money go? 3) Who benefited? 4) Why do we need more administration?
