1) If you are going to make the most sweeping changes in the history of our Archdiocese, why won’t you put together a one-page document that says WHY we have to do these sweeping changes with your names and signatures on it?
2) How many people or souls will be lost because of All Things New? How many are okay with you?
3) Will you commit to tracking every single parishioner at closed parishes to see if they register at new parishes or continue in the church at 12 months, at 24 months, at 36 months?
4) Will you commit to full financial transparency involved with closing and sales of churches and schools?
5) Which diocese in the US is the proven model for All Things New? Is it Boston? Baltimore? Detroit? New York?

I don’t understand why Fr. Martin hides behind some sort of imaginary electronic curtain and will not come out in public. I respectfully did not confront the Archbishop last night when he gave an awards banquet last night to a Catholic Women’s group whose churches you will soon be closing. This is disgraceful!

I was at that banquet too as a nominee and held my tongue as my parish is one of the targets for closure. Our “listening sessions” are in October 24th and 26th and am already starting to organize to the best we can.
