I do not see St. Joseph in Farmington MO
That is in St. Francois County. Also I didn’t see the mission churches listed.
St. Anne in French Village covered by Father Holbrook and St. John’s in Bismarck covered by Father Huber.Correct me if I have over looked anything. .

Priests of the Institute of Christ the King are not ‘diocesan priests’. They are provided by the Institute of Christ the King, which is a society of pontifical right. Their superior general oversees their assignments across locations throughout the globe. Situations such as these, along with those of religious (i.e, the benedictines) showcase that parts of this interpretation are not fully clear.
