The Archdiocese’s Office of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs just hosted a meeting on September 1st at the Hindu Temple here in St. Louis. They talk about dialogue and accompaniment. But flip the test around — have they invited the Hindus to the Cathedral Basilica to tour the mosaics and tell the stories represented there?? Wokeness from the East coming to destroy the Rome of the West! Where are we willing to engage the society? In Cottleville, the Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring “Witches’ Night Out” on October 7th, which is the Feast of Our Lady of Victory at the Battle of Lepanto. What will St. Joseph Cottleville, the largest parish in our state, and Monsignor Callahan do to catechize or evangelize the people attending? Will they speak up against this evil in their community???
