Defending The Faith, Saving Sacred Space

VIDEO: When and where are our Parish Priests and Leaders willing to evangelize or speak up against evil in our communities? Or are they too busy attending the ecumenical meetings??

The Archdiocese’s Office of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs just hosted a meeting on September 1st at the Hindu Temple here in St. Louis. They talk about dialogue and accompaniment. But flip the test around — have they invited the Hindus to the Cathedral Basilica to tour the mosaics and tell the stories represented there?? What will St. Joseph Cottleville, the largest parish in our state, and Monsignor Callahan do to catechize or evangelize the people attending? Will they speak up against this evil in their community???

VIDEO: Where is the accompaniment, the dialogue and the synodal process for the laity here in the Archdiocese of St. Louis right now or during the entire All Things New process???

People are seeking the truth. We are built for Truth. We all have an internal radar when there is a lack of honesty. When the Archdiocesan leaders refuse to have a dialogue at all about the closures and changes happening now, then you know they don’t want to be up front and honest about their…
