Defending The Faith, Saving Sacred Space

VIDEO: Pray with and for St. Joseph Parish in Zell

The St. Joseph Parish Zell is raising funds to keep their school open. Their parish is 175 years old, almost as old as our Archdiocese. We think they have been told only $75,000 needs to be raised to keep their school open. St. Joseph-Zell’s mission statement is awesome: “Give glory to God and work for the salvation of souls.” They are having a Rosary Rally today, Saturday December 14th. Pray for Fr. Ryan Weber because if this goes through, he will be closing a second school since All Things New began. He is the canonical pastor who will be held responsible for these decisions before the throne of God, no matter how the Archdiocese leaders have leaned on him! Fr. Chris Martin also needs our prayers because he was the face of All Things New and worked to convince all the priests that this would be a good thing! See his thoughts from June 2022 here: https://www.catholicleaders.org/news/one-priests-dream. Now, he has fled to the Augustine Institute as their chaplain (see image below) as of September 5 2024.

Rosary of Reparation on June 22-24 starts at 11 am

Today the USCCB will consecrate the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Good on them! Also, good that they excluded the AUSCP from the Eucharistic Congress. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us! St. Barnabas, pray for us!
